Investment Process

Our business is based on a simple structure and short lines of communication. This structure enables our investment teams to provide a flexible and responsive approach when working with management teams and/or advisors. The Investment Committee is comprised of the senior management within the business.

Post Investment

Following the completion of an investment our dedicated Portfolio Management team will provide regular and ongoing support to investee companies, working together with management teams to achieve both the strategic aims of the business as well as the optimisation of shareholder returns.
